We as the brand Project Twlv, owned by the company Selected Brands Nordic Ab are registered at the Swedish trade agency, VAT number: SE556094792001. When placing an order through projecttwlv.com, you agree to our terms and conditions.

Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from our site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the "Agreement").
Privacy
Project Twlv respects our customers' account information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside affiliations or individuals. Your information is secured with us. No credit cards details are kept.
Delivery
Purchased items will be dispatched within 5 business days of the order, although most will be within 2 to 3. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive (outside of Europe) If you still have not received your purchase after 2 weeks, please notify Project Twlv info-mail. The buyer assumes any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping outside of the European union. Project Twlv is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All domestic shipments are sent with a delivery confirmation and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of lost items.
Prices, shipping & handling charges
All prices include handling or taxes (total at end) excl. shipping, if delivered to customers within Europe. For customers outside Europe, additional charges may apply.
Payment of orders
We accept PayPal and a selection of credit cards.
Return policy
Our return policy entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 working days counting from the day you received the boots. You can open the package and check the contents. However, the shoes can only be returned when they are completely unused and sent in the original packaging, double boxed.
Return costs are handled by the customer.

Material and colors
These boots are made by hand using the finest materials, due to the unique nature of the leather, some color and texture variation may occur. This is a natural characteristic of the leather which lends to its inherent beauty. Quality guaranteed.
